Alex Zuur

Alex has more than 35 years of post-admission experience gained in both private and government sectors and is the Principal of the firm. He previously practised in government covering insurance, fair trading, employment law and media law before moving into private practise in 1989. Alex is experienced in litigation, property and commercial law. He holds a current Practising Certificate entitling him to practise as a solicitor and barrister in New South Wales.

We have a wealth of experience in the area of estates and wills. Alex Zuur (assisted by Andrea Lawson) are experienced, probate practitioners. Both Alex and Andrea have had interesting contested Wills cases to handle.

Litigation

Both Alex Zuur and Judith Kerr have experienced litigation practitioners and have carriage of matters from the Local Court through to the High Court and all Courts in between. Our attitude is that no brief is too small or too complex. Andrea Lawson has also conducted several litigated matters.
