Aspect Legal is a commercial legal firm that specializes in business contracts, trademarks and brand protection, and other services to help your business grow.
We provide training in minimisaing risks, and making contracts work for you.
We currently run 2 practical one day seminars, that provide the essential legal components for professionals involved in contract negotiation, preparation or management. They provide the legal fundamentals for understanding how to protect your interests, aid the negotiation process, avoid disputes and ensure the success of your contracts and commercial relationships. Both seminars provide information on emerging trends, and real life examples, providing practical takeaway checklists and time to work through examples and questions from attendees.
In 2011 we will be providing a number of practical extensions of the contract law seminars. These workshops will be focussed on tailoring inhouse templates, and setting standard fall back positions and clause libraries.
