Catherine Henry Partners, formerly King Street Lawyers, is a regional law firm which represents clients in the niche practice areas of health law and relationship law.
The firm changed its name on 1 July 2009 in recognition of the change of ownership
and reflecting our reinvigorated focus on health law and relationship law.
Based in Newcastle CBD, our clients come from all regions throughout NSW and the ACT.
Our firm has been providing litigation services in Newcastle for more than 50 years and during this time, the firm has acted predominantly for individuals in insurance and negligence litigation. Within this practice area, we have developed a well respected niche practice in health and medical law.
Our specialist knowledge and extensive experience in the health and medical law area is widely acknowledged.
Much of our work is referred by other firms across NSW and the ACT who seek specialist advice in the health and medical law area. We aim to be a resource to solicitors practising in regional NSW and the ACT.
