Halsey Legal Services is a financial services law firm. We are multi-disciplinary practitioners of acknowledged national standing with significant legal, financial service industry and management expertise to solve our client’s complex legal and commercial issues. Both of the principals have worked in the financial advising industry, in areas of research, management and direct retail financial advising.

Our financial services law practice provides a full range of legal and commercial advice, legal documentation, conciliation and mediation services and performs reviews and due diligence in relation to the financial services industry.

* Complaints handling and dealings with ASIC, including complex litigation

* ASIC audits, hearings, examinations, administrative enforcement actions and the negotiations of enforceable undertakings with ASIC. Appeals to the AAT.

* Litigation in all courts, as our practitioners are admitted in State and Federal Courts, and the High Court of Australia

* Superannuation disputes including the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal

* Alternative dispute resolution procedures involving financial services licensees, including representing licensees at FOS and COSL.
