Phillip Tiernan

Phillip is the principal of the firm. Phillip obtained his 2 law degrees from Macquarie University, including a Master of Laws.

A former First Grade Rugby League player for Illawarra Steelers and Parramatta, Phillip previously worked in a large, national law firm where he developed a considerable client base through his success in the commercial litigation field.

Phillip specializes in contract law, commercial litigation, advocacy, mediation, dispute resolution, retail and commercial leases, and building and constructions disputes.

Phillip saw a need for a city quality legal representation in the suburbs and founded the firm in 2005 in Cronulla.

Phillip has brought together a highly skilled team of experienced lawyers and conveyancers who pride themselves on premium quality legal and conveyancing services to valued clients.
