As a guide for your free pre read if your case involves property you should prepare a schedule of assets and liabilities stating whose name which asset and liability is in. The schedule should include superannuation even if you are or have been in a  defacto relationship. You should set out a chronology of significant events. If your matter relates to children then tell us about your relationship with your children and how involved you are or have been in their lives. Tell us about how you would like to spend time with your children going forward. Tell us anything else you would want to tell us at your first interview to save you legal costs. Email us your pre read so that we have plenty of time to read it prior to your first interview.
